Project Overview

GEM Joinery was awarded the contract to manufacture, supply, and install all internal bespoke joinery for JP Morgan’s new seven-storey headquarters on Sir John Rogerson’s Quay in Dublin’s Docklands. As a fast-track commercial fit-out, the project required precise coordination across multiple floors, with a targeted completion date within a tight programme window.

The works involved the integration of bespoke joinery with architectural metalwork, specialist glazing, stone elements, and lighting — delivered to the highest standard expected by a global financial services leader. Key features included:

  • Ground floor reception and barista counter
  • Architectural portal frame to the turnstile entrance
  • 14 kitchen and pantry areas, each with an island unit and overhead architectural metalwork shelving
  • Over 200m² of quarter cut walnut veneered wall panelling
  • Stone countertops, wall cladding, and integrated LED lighting throughout
