GEM Joinery is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team and support the delivery of high‑end joinery and specialist façade packages.
This role offers hands‑on involvement from contract award through to final account, working closely with our design and operations teams on complex, design‑led projects. The position is primarily office‑based in Longford, with coordination across live projects as required.
