The project consists of a residential development in two Blocks, comprising 84 apartments, 2 Retail Units, and associated communal, storage and ancillary spaces.
The substructures are all piled with ground beams, and suspended ground floor slab.
The site works briefly comprise of:
- Site clearance, removals and relations
- Completion of Friar St & Park St roads
- New paths & parking around Block 2
- Landscaped podium slab with under croft Carpark
- Internal courtyard
- Site Enclosures, and site fittings (playground, benches etc.)
New services including drainage, attenuation tank, electrical, substation, communications, gasmain and watermain, connections to existing services
