From Shell to Completion
In one of the most prestigious office campus sites in the Dublin area, the complete fit-out of a shell building to bring it to the standard demanded of its surroundings calls for expertise of the highest level.
Three Storeys of Offices
The Park was seeking clients from both a national and an international base, so the fit-out needed to be of the highest standard. The project required both the design and the build, and the outcome was to be a light and pleasant modern office building, containing not only the usual rooms, but also an open plan general office, board rooms, storage facilities, a tea station and kitchen, and a bespoke training room with IT and AV equipment.
The specialist fit-out included raised access floors, glazed wall partitions designed in such a way as to maximise natural light, the attractive timber paneling for which GEM has become justifiably renowned, and lay-in ceilings, together the installation of Category 5 cabling, intercom systems and telephone points.
Full Occupation
As had been anticipated, it was not long before this excellent commercial office site was fully tenanted.
